These terms govern your use of breakevencards.com ("Breakeven"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
What Breakeven is
Breakeven estimates the potential return on grading a trading card using real sold-comp data, grading fees, and grade probabilities. It is an informational tool, not financial, investment, or appraisal advice. All prices and verdicts are estimates, not guarantees — card markets move, and you are responsible for your own buying, grading, and selling decisions.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, including a valid email and phone number, and keep your login secure. One account per person. Don't abuse, scrape, resell, or attempt to bypass limits of the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
Subscriptions & payment
The free tier is limited; Pro is a paid monthly subscription billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
No warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Breakeven is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on its estimates, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
